Do you love fabulous Bohemian chic style? Was that a yes? Well, so do I. Bohemian rooms are all about layers and layers of color, texture and pattern. Add to that beautiful, interesting and sometimes quirky treasures and found objects and you have perhaps the most personal of decorating styles. For your inspiration and a just a taste of Bohemian style, I've pulled together some of my favorite rooms with a chic Bohemian look to share with you today. Enjoy! ~ Mari

  This lovely neutral bedroom space has been given the Bohemian treatment with colorfully rich bedding and an amazing array of pillowsóall sizes shapes and luscious colors. Arenít the tiny twin stools at the foot of the bed so perfect? Modern pendant lighting is modeled after vintage metal lanterns.

  A deep watery blue wall is a beautiful background for this canopy-less canopy bed dressed up in layers of colorful bedding and pillows. The washed silk rugs and intricately formed ìcandleî chandelier are beautiful in this space.

  In a fabulous tug of war between the curvy ornate bed and the straight lines of modern nightstands and brass bench, both sides win with this Bohemian bedroom. The jewel tone colors of the beautiful throw at the foot of the bed really bring the room to life. Every Bohemian bedroom needs a glittering chandelier.

  Even a contemporary living room with white slipcovers and minimalist artwork can go Bohemian chic with piles of pillows in gorgeous colors and interesting patterns. Decorative trays like this one are perfect for holding colorful found objects in Bohemian spaces.

  Picking up the deep hues from pillows and upholstery, colorful artwork pulls this space together. Velvet merlot pillows add texture while its neighbors bring in beautiful pattern and color.

I brought together a collection of some of my favorite global style rooms. Hopefully, they'll inspire you in your own decorating projects. Thanks for letting me share!

This living room has a very Moroccan feel to it from the various patterns and pretty hues. A collection of plates surrounding an ornate mirror creates a nice focal point.

A hand-woven tribal rug anchors the colors and neutrals of this space. Suzani and Moroccan prints add interest. Modern artwork draws the eye across the room, creating a focal point.

Layered color, pattern and texture bring appeal to this vibrant living room. A plethora of Suzani and other tribal prints cover the sofa and window treatments. The light grey wall provides the perfect canvas for the photographic prints.

A sophisticated living room boasts an eclectic mix of contemporary and global. The shearling poufs offer a Scandinavian touch while an African carved table sits next to the sofa. The only colors in the room are from the modern artwork by James Nares which is clearly the focal point of the space.

This African dÈcor is filled with big prints and dynamic hues of red, gold and black. The mother of pearl light fixture adds a bit of a coastal touch to the space.
